Let’s get to know each other a little better, shall we? Because SignRequest is so much more than just a signature solution, it’s a team of people. And boy, are we proud of this team. That’s why we want to share them with you. Today: our happiness guru Harrison.

When we met Harrison, he had just finished his round-the-world trip. A new man, with an open mind and nothing but time. Perfect for our growing team. Just a few hyphenated cliches that seem to be created for Harrison:

  • Can-do attitude
  • Happy-go-lucky
  • Free-spirited

He might be working from the US while most of our team is based in Amsterdam, he still manages to liven up meetings with upbeat updates. When you get him really fired up he might even share some of his travel tips with you. Or his favorite conspiracy theories. Or some obscure movies he loved.

Most of all, though, he is passionate about making our users happy.

What made you decide to come work for SignRequest?

I have always had a strong interest in entrepreneurship and business.  My good friend introduced me to the team and SignRequest and I instantly felt great about the opportunity! I love being a part of a start-up and seeing the company grow every day.  Also, I have always dreamed of working remotely, so this is a dream come true for me!

What does your day-to-day look like?

I help customers solve challenges they come across regarding our software.  I provide online video demonstrations, do phone calls and chat via email.  I also create videos and I research new aspects of our service.

What’s your favorite part of your work?

It feels great to walk someone through the challenges they face and provide a solution.  I’ve always enjoyed helping others.

How is connecting with the team while being so far removed?

With modern technology, it doesn’t feel like I miss a beat with the rest of the company.  We are in contact almost every day.  I feel pretty organized.

When do you feel you have had a great day?

I feel that it’s been a great day at work when I have shown the product to several prospective customers, helped existing customers solve their problems, and perhaps created a piece of video content that helps improve the company.
