If you’ve ever been in touch with us with an inquiry or for a demo session, you might have already met him. Plenty of companies have a great support team but only one company has Benjamin. If there is one thing he is known for within our team, it’s relentlessly asking questions. No meeting is ever really finished if Benjamin hasn’t demanded some answers from the rest of the team. Why? Because whatever he does, he has you, our user, in mind. He will not rest until he has found a solution to your problem.

What does your day-to-day look like?

I spend most of my time talking to users over the phone or via email. I talk to new clients and show them all our platform has to offer in a demo session and help current clients with support questions. This often means filtering the questions and sending them on to the right people in the team.

What is your favourite part of your job?

I love the epiphany moments where I learn something new that can optimize my job. The more efficient and effective I can work, the quicker our users get the answers they need.
It’s also great when I get to talk to people who are excited about the SignRequest service.

What’s your favourite part of working for SignRequest?

The fact that I am given the freedom to think of solutions and immediately implement them. This really makes me feel valued. We are a relatively small team but we get to help so many people on a daily basis, that’s really satisfying.

Finally, what brightens up your day, Benjamin?

It’s been a great day when I’ve talked to happy customers or have turned someone’s day around by providing them with the answers they needed. Basically, the confirmation that you have done a good job. Obviously, on top of that sharing a good laugh in the office with my colleagues who became friends.
